Arts Education on Our Schools Month

Traditionally, the Music Educators National Conference (MENC) has sponsored the "World's Largest Concert" during the month of March. This year, they have departed from that activity. (It's not gone for good; they are re-evaluating to see what course to take for the future.)

I saw this link this morning. I do not know if the showcase discussed in the link will be repeated next year, but it's an opportunity well worth keeping in mind. The link with all of the information someone would need to have if they wanted to submit a video is here. Checking back periodically starting in the fall and you should see information about the program for the coming year.

While the voting is over, you can still see the videos (each one submitted to YouTube) for each of the various schools. If you only watch one, be sure to watch Lake Highland Preparatory School.
